Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at motopulseofficial@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Process for Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  1. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  2. Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check Your Account: First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Issuer: There may be a delay in the refund processing time.
  3. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at motopulseofficial@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at motopulseofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defective or damaged item.
